Quick Overview

This model includes visual flow display for JSJ meters with two pulse outputs and one 4-20 mA output.

Product Description

The versatile CAR-LOGGER is designed to:

• Display “real time” flow information from any Carlon JSJ Series meter or from the Cold or Hot Water turbine meters, equipped with an optical coupler located inside the meter register.

• Convert the signal into two visual display values:

1- The “real time” flow rate and the total volume of water passing through the meter.

2- A 4-20mA analog output. This output signal is directly proportional to the flow rate, for data logging and               dosing pump controllers.

Provides two independent pulse output signals for programmable controllers and remote counters, if required for the application. No splitter unit is required.

• The CAR-LOGGER has a non volatile memory – no battery is required.

The unit can be password protected, if programmed.

The programming menu is simple to use with a multiple choice approach. Units of measure (gallons, cubic feet, liters & cubic meters) can be selected and displayed during operation, if desired.

NEW OPTIONAL FEATURE: Real Time Flow Information can now be transmitted to a building management system (BMS) over Ethernet or RS485 connection utilizing Modbus communication protocol. **Contact factory for addition information.
