Series 500 "dia-pump" features:
- Neptune's Series 500 "dia-pump" is the only pump with EZE-CLEAN™ Valves. The cartridges can be removed for cleaning without disturbing the piping to the pump.
- All Neptune "dia-pumps" are adjustable from 10% through 100% of capacity by micrometer dial.
- Electric stroke control.
- Sodium hypochlorite gas bleed.
- All pumps are CE compliant and bear CE label when coupled to a motor bearing the CE mark.
- Variable speed control.
- Covered by a 3 year factory warranty.
Series 500-T specific features:
- No-clog design. Straight-thru flow pattern eliminates pockets where slurries can settle.
- Easily handles high viscosity liquids.
- Double diaphragm is standard.
- Capacities to 80 gph (302 lph).
- Control options include electric or pneumatic stroke control and variable speed drives.
- Standard units with double ball suction and discharge valves. Single ball suction valve is optional.
- Variable Oil By-passTM stroke adjustment mechanism provides better valve performance than variable
- linkage designs.
- Viton elastomer withstands most chemicals.
- Elastomer memory and tube shape reduce NPSH requirements, allow more viscous fluids to be pumped.
- Spring-loaded discharge. External back pressure valve is not required.
Electric Stroke Length Control features:
- Accepts 4-20 ma., 0-5 VDC, or other signals.
- May be directly connected to 115V or 230V 1 Phase power.
- Includes local manual override.
- Includes local position indicator.
- Includes 4-20 ma. position feedback/output.
- Easily retrofitted to any Series 500 pump.
Variable Speed Drive features:
- All models have one piece controller.
- All units accept 4-20 ma. input. Signal follower included.
- All controllers include ON/OFF, AUTO/MANUAL and SPEED ADJUST features.
- For models SCR50, SCR75, VAC50, and VAC75 must add Flange Adapter when used with any Series 500 “dia-pump”.
