BW2200 is a liquid formulation of polymeric dispersants and conditioning agents used to inhibit scale and corrosion in boiler water systems.  Its complex nature maintains suspended particulates as a large, light floc to ensure removal through normal blowdown.

APPLICATION

BW2200 is used to control iron deposition in systems where the feedwater iron levels cannot be controlled.  Also, it is used to inhibit phosphate deposition and deposition due to hardwater intrusion or makeup to the boiler feedwater system.  It is compatible with other boiler water chemicals when used at the recommended level.  This product is authorized by USDA:  Boiler steam produced may contact edible products.

DOSAGE & FEEDING

BW2200 is fed continuously, using a chemical feeding pump, to the boiler feedwater at 5 to 30 parts per million based on operational parameters and corrosion load.  Proper treatment levels should be determined by EnviroAqua representative.

BW2200 is packaged in a five-gallon pail, weighing 45 lbs.
